Designing a simpler way to manage crypto employee payouts.

Worked on an accounting product focused on cryptocurrency payroll for teams and contractors. Researched the market, validated the opportunity, and helped launch the MVP with the most critical payment and operations flows.

Client Ops CRM

Managing client payments, communication, and support control in one system.

Designed a CRM platform that helped teams manage client payment workflows, support conversations, and internal control processes in one place. The product centralized communication, introduced a unified message feed across channels, and added tools for translations, notes, scripts, and suspicious message monitoring.

I got into design during late-night COD sessions — making avatars in Cinema 4D, then building my first real interface for the Russian COD League. That project taught me something I've never let go of: every detail either earns its place or quietly costs you somewhere. Since then I've shipped products used by millions, and my approach has stayed the same — I design at the intersection of user experience and business logic, where the way something looks directly affects retention, conversion, and growth. Great design isn't a style choice. It's a competitive advantage.
